Privacy policy

What we do not collect

• No account details. There is nothing to sign up for here, so no names, emails or passwords are stored.
• No payment information. We take no money and operate no payment form. No card or UPI data ever reaches this site.
• No betting account data. We have no access to any 99exch account, balance, statement or bet history, and no way to look one up.
• No identity documents. Nothing on this site asks for Aadhaar, PAN, a bank statement or a photograph.
• No data sold to anyone. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no list.

What the server records

Like any website, the server keeps standard access logs. These typically include your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser and operating system version, and the page that referred you.

Logs exist for security and for basic traffic understanding — spotting an attack, diagnosing a broken page, seeing which topics people actually need. They are not linked to any identity because we hold no identities to link them to.

Cookies

This site is deliberately light on them. There is no login, so no session cookie is needed, and no advertising cookies are set.

Your browser may still store ordinary things on its own — cached files, and anything you deliberately save such as a bookmark or a home-screen shortcut. Those are yours and under your control, not ours.

Links to other sites

Pages here link outward — to a betting destination, to an external helpline, occasionally to a social account. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's site, subject to their privacy practices rather than ours.

We have no control over what they collect. Reading their own policy before entering anything is a reasonable habit, particularly on any page asking for credentials.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has been using it, tell us through the contact page.

Your choices

Because so little is collected, your options are simple. You can browse with any privacy setting you like, block cookies entirely, use a private window, or use a VPN — none of it will stop the site working.

If you want to ask what an access log holds about you, get in touch. Be aware that logs are short-lived and are not indexed by person, so a useful answer usually needs a rough date and time.

Security

The site runs over https, so traffic between your device and the server is encrypted. Since it holds no accounts and no payment data, there is very little of value stored here to protect in the first place — which is, honestly, the strongest privacy feature it has.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Questions go through the contact page.

One thing worth repeating, since people ask: we cannot see your 99exch account. Not the balance, not the bets, not the login. If you need something changed on an account, the agent who issued it is the only route.
