99exch register: there is no sign up form, and here is what happens instead

People search "99exch register" and "99exch sign up" thousands of times a month and go looking for a form that has never existed. The platform does not take public registrations. Accounts are issued by agents, one at a time, over chat.

That is not a workaround or a temporary state. It is how the whole thing is built. This page walks through what registration actually looks like, message by message, including the parts nobody tells you until afterwards.

Why 99exch has no registration form

99exch does not offer public sign up because the platform never holds player money or player identity. Deposits move between you and an agent by UPI, and the agent knows who you are. The panel only ever sees a username and a credit line, which removes any need for a registration form, an email field or KYC at signup.

Once that clicks, a long list of small mysteries resolves at the same time. No email box on the login. No password reset link. No OTP. No verification email. None of them are missing features — there is simply no account record for them to attach to.

It also explains why searching for a 99exch sign up page is actively risky rather than merely fruitless. A gap in a well-known brand attracts people willing to fill it, and a registration form on a 99exch-branded site is somebody else's form, collecting numbers that then start ringing.

What you actually send

Two things. That is not an oversimplification for readability, it is the literal requirement.

  • Your name. First name is enough for most agents. It is a label so they can find you in a list, not an identity check.
  • Your mobile number. Usually the number you are messaging from, which means you often do not have to type it at all.

What you do not send at this stage: no Aadhaar, no PAN, no bank statement, no selfie, no address, no email. If a first message asks for any of those, you are not talking to an agent, you are talking to somebody building a file on you.

One thing worth adding voluntarily. Say what you want to bet on. "Mainly IPL and some Teen Patti" takes four seconds and gets you an agent who sets sensible expectations rather than one who assumes you are a high-volume session trader. Small thing, better start.

There is no 99exch sign up form — registration happens in a conversation.

The registration conversation, message by message

This is a composite of how it actually goes. Names changed, timings realistic, nothing dramatised.

You · 7:42pmHi, I want to open a new 99exch ID.
Agent · 7:43pmSure. Name and number please. And how much do you want to start with?
You · 7:44pmRohit. This number. Starting with 1000.
Agent · 7:45pmDone. Username rohit4471, password Tk9#pQ2m. Change the password after first login. Panel link is below.
— you log in, panel opens, you change the password —
You · 7:48pmLogged in, password changed. Where do I send the deposit?
Agent · 7:48pmUPI id below. Send and share the screenshot, I will credit in 2 minutes.
You · 7:51pmSent 1000, reference ending 8823. Screenshot attached.
Agent · 7:53pmCredited. Balance is showing 1000. Enjoy.

Eleven minutes from first message to a funded 99exch account, and about seven of those were you doing things rather than waiting on anybody.

Two details in that exchange are worth pointing at. The password was changed before the deposit, which is the correct order and the one most people get backwards. And the deposit came with a reference and a screenshot, which is the habit that turns future disputes into thirty-second conversations.

Choosing your opening amount

The agent will ask. Most people pick a number on instinct and half of them pick badly in one direction or the other.

Common 99exch opening amounts and what they mean in practice
OpeningWho it suitsThe honest downside
₹100–300Pure curiosity, learning the panelOne bad over ends it. Some agents will not open this low
₹500The most common starting pointEnough to learn on, small enough not to matter
₹1,000Someone who will play a few matches a weekComfortable, and comfortable is where habits form
₹2,000–5,000Experienced players moving from another panelOnly sensible if you already know how you behave
HigherRare on a first accountAn agent who agrees instantly on day one is worth a second look

My honest suggestion is ₹500, and not because of the arithmetic. Because your first two weeks are about learning where the buttons are and how you react when a price moves against you, and both lessons cost the same whether the number is five hundred or five thousand.

You can raise it later. Raising a limit is a two-minute conversation once the agent has seen a few clean settlements. Unwinding an opening figure you regret is more awkward, mostly because the money has usually gone by the time you regret it.

The first sixty seconds after 99exch signup

Credentials have arrived. Here is the order, and it genuinely matters.

  1. Log in before you deposit

Confirm the credentials work and the panel loads. Fund nothing until you have seen the dashboard with your own eyes.

  2. Change the password immediately

The temporary one is now in a chat thread on two devices, at minimum. This is the single most skipped step in the whole process.

  3. Check exposure reads zero

On a brand new account it must. If there is exposure on an ID you have never bet from, stop and ask why before any money moves.

  4. Find the statement

It will be empty. Look anyway, so you know where it lives on the day you need it in a hurry and are not in the mood to explore.

  5. Then deposit

Screenshot the UPI reference with the timestamp visible. Every time, not just the first time.

Five steps, under two minutes, and they prevent most of the situations that turn into long messages to an agent later. Skip them and nothing terrible happens immediately — that is exactly why people skip them.

Registration mistakes that cost people money

Depositing before logging in. Money sent to an agent for an account you have not opened yet. It almost always resolves, and it occasionally does not, and there was never any reason to take the risk.

Leaving the temporary password in place. Weeks go by. The credential sits in a chat archive. Nothing happens right up until something does.

Agreeing to a limit you cannot fund. The limit is a ceiling, not a bill, but agreeing to ₹10,000 because it sounded impressive sets an anchor for how you will play.

Registering through a link somebody forwarded. The chain of forwards is exactly how people end up talking to somebody who is not an agent at all. Get the contact from a person you actually know, or from a source you trust.

Not asking about withdrawals until you want one. Ask on day one. An agent who answers plainly about withdrawal timing is telling you something useful; one who promises instant payouts at all hours is telling you something else.

Correction to something I implied earlier. I said the registration takes two minutes, and the credential handover genuinely does — but the whole sequence including the deposit and the password change is closer to ten. Its worth budgeting the ten rather than starting four minutes before a toss.

Fake 99exch registration pages

Because the real signup gap is well known, filling it is a small industry. What these pages look like:

  • A clean form asking for name, phone and email. The email field alone gives it away — 99exch accounts do not have one.
  • An OTP step. Genuine registration involves no OTP because there is no automated account creation.
  • A promise of instant free ID with bonus. Free is true. Instant and automated is not.
  • A deposit box on the registration page. Money never moves through the panel. This one is not subtle.
  • A domain with extra marketing words attached to the brand. The clearest single signal there is.

What they collect varies. Sometimes just a phone number, sold onward, and you spend the next month declining calls. Sometimes credentials for a different platform you reused a password on. Occasionally something worse.

The defence is simple and it does not require you to be clever: registration for 99exch happens in a conversation with a person, never on a form. Any form is not it.

Registering for a demo instead

Worth mentioning here because it is the version of signup nobody asks for and quite a lot of people should.

Ask specifically: "can I have a demo ID first". Most agents will set one up. It carries practice balance against real live odds, so the markets behave exactly as they do for everybody else, and it costs nothing.

Use it for a few days. Learn where the statement is, what exposure means, what happens when a market suspends mid-over. Then register properly and start small.

What a demo will not teach you is how you behave with your own money on screen, which is the more expensive lesson and the one that only exists on a real account. But knowing the mechanics before that lesson starts makes it considerably cheaper. More on this on the 99exch ID page.

If you already have an account somewhere else

Common situation, and the answer is slightly different from a cold start.

You already know what a back and a lay is, you know what exposure means, and you do not need the demo. What you do need is to establish the practical parameters, because those live with the agent rather than the platform and vary considerably.

Ask about withdrawal timing during a live match, minimum and maximum on both directions, and how they handle a disputed settlement. Those three answers tell you more about the next six months than any feature comparison would.

And do not move your whole bankroll on day one. Open at a modest figure, run it for a week including at least one withdrawal, and scale up once you have watched the money come back out cleanly. That is standard practice among people who have used several panels, and it is learned rather than intuitive.

Finding an agent to register with

The part nobody writes about, because it is the part with no clean answer.

Registration requires an agent. So the real first question is not how to sign up, it is who to sign up through — and unlike the panel, which is identical for everybody, the agent is the entire quality of your experience.

Where people actually find them

  • Somebody they already know. By a distance the most common route in India, and by a distance the safest. A friend who has withdrawn money successfully for six months is a better reference than anything you will find online.
  • A local contact. Someone in the same city, sometimes the same neighbourhood. Physical proximity is not a guarantee of anything, but it changes the incentives.
  • Online listings. The riskiest, and the route most first-timers take because it is the only one visible to them.

What separates a good agent from a bad one

Not the odds — those are the platform's and they are the same everywhere. It comes down to four things: how fast they credit a deposit, how fast they release a withdrawal, whether they answer at awkward hours, and how they behave when you dispute something.

You can test three of those four in the first week, cheaply, by depositing small and withdrawing part of it back within a few days. That single exercise tells you more than any amount of asking.

The signal worth taking seriously. An agent who is fast on deposits and slow on withdrawals is showing you their priorities. It is the most reliable early warning there is, and it shows up long before anything actually goes wrong.

And if you cannot find anybody you trust, the sensible answer is genuinely to wait. There is no match worth registering through somebody you have doubts about, and there is another one tomorrow.

What happens on the agent's side when you register

Useful to understand, because it explains several things that otherwise look arbitrary.

Your agent has their own account one level up — a master ID with its own credit limit, extended by whoever sits above them. When they create your ID, they are allocating part of their own limit to you.

Three consequences follow directly.

Your limit is their exposure. If you lose ₹5,000 and do not settle, that ₹5,000 is owed upward by them regardless. This is why opening limits are conservative for new players and why they rise once you have a settlement history — it is risk management on a personal balance sheet, not a loyalty programme.

Withdrawals depend on their liquidity, not the platform's. On a Sunday final when forty players want money out at once, the delay is one person moving real funds from one real bank account. That is why timing your withdrawal matters so much more here than on a regulated site.

They cannot see your password. Worth knowing, since people assume otherwise. They can reset it, which is a different operation. Any agent who claims to be able to read your existing password is either mistaken or not an agent.

None of this changes what you do. It does change how you read what happens — a slow withdrawal on a busy night is a person under pressure rather than a system failing, and a refused limit increase is arithmetic rather than an insult.

Registering more than one 99exch account

People ask, usually for one of three reasons, and the answers differ.

"I want to separate cricket from casino"

Understandable and mostly unnecessary. One statement covers both and it is filterable. Two accounts means two balances, two limits and two sets of settlement, which makes your own record harder to read rather than easier.

"I want a second account with a different agent"

This one is reasonable and quite common among experienced players. Different agents have different withdrawal speeds and different working hours, and having a second route open costs nothing while it sits idle. It is the closest thing to a hedge against a single relationship going bad.

"I want to open a new one because I lost access to the first"

Fine, and worth doing rather than fighting an unrecoverable situation for weeks. But diagnose the loss first. If it was a forgotten password, that is a two-minute reset. If it was an agent who stopped replying, understand that any balance on the old ID is unlikely to come back, and let that inform how much you leave sitting on the new one.

What is not worth doing is registering multiple accounts with the same agent. They will usually decline, it fragments your own history for no benefit, and there is no bonus or advantage attached to it — this is not a platform where a second account gets a second welcome offer.

The first deposit after 99exch registration

Registration ends when the ID works. Funding it is a separate operation and it has its own set of things worth knowing.

How the money moves

You send it to the agent, not to the platform. UPI carries the overwhelming majority — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM. Larger amounts go by IMPS or bank transfer, mostly because UPI per-transaction caps get in the way rather than for any policy reason.

The agent then credits your 99exch balance by hand. There is a person reading your reference and pressing a button, which works beautifully at nine on a Tuesday evening and less well in the eleven minutes before an IPL toss when every agent in the country is doing the same job at once.

The screenshot habit

Take one every single time. UPI reference number visible, timestamp visible, amount visible.

You will not need it. Ninety-nine deposits out of a hundred credit without anybody thinking about them again. The hundredth one turns a long, irritating exchange of "I sent it" and "I did not receive it" into a ten-second conversation where you post an image and somebody says sorry, found it.

Timing

Deposit before the match, not during it. This is written on several pages of this site because it is the most common self-inflicted problem there is. Toss at seven, you send money at 6:57, the agent has forty other messages, and your credit lands at 7:06 with the market you wanted already gone. Nobody did anything wrong. There was a queue.

Amounts

Fund a portion of your limit rather than all of it. The limit is a ceiling, not a target, and there is no advantage to having the full amount sitting on the panel where a bad twenty minutes can reach it.

Full detail on deposit and withdrawal mechanics is on the 99exch home page, and the account-side view of the same money is on the my 99 exch page.

Registration in one paragraph

Message an agent. Send a name and a number. Agree an opening figure — five hundred is fine, and better than fine for a first account. Take the username and temporary password they send, log in, confirm the panel loads and exposure reads zero, then change the password before any money moves. Deposit by UPI, screenshot the reference, wait a couple of minutes for the credit. Place one small bet on a slow pre-match market and find it in your statement afterwards, so you know what a normal line looks like. Withdraw something within the first week even if you do not need it, purely to confirm the route works and how long it takes with your particular agent.

That is the whole thing. No form, no email, no OTP, no documents, no fee.

Everything else on this page exists because the missing signup form sends people looking, and what they find while looking is reliably worse than the gap itself. A fake registration page costs you a phone number at best. A fake panel costs you credentials. Both are avoidable by remembering one sentence: 99exch accounts come from a conversation with a person, and never from a form.

The reason this page runs long is not that registration is complicated. It is that the absence of a signup form throws people badly enough that they go looking for one, and what they find instead is usually worse than the gap.

Questions people ask after registering, not before

These arrive in the second week, once the novelty has worn off and the practical stuff starts mattering. Worth having the answers early.

"Can I change my username?" No. It is fixed at creation. If you genuinely hate it, the only route is a new ID, which is free but means starting the statement history again.

"Why does my agent go quiet during matches?" Because forty other people are messaging at the same moment. It is not personal and it is not a warning sign on its own. An agent who is quiet during a live IPL over and replies at half time is behaving normally. One who is quiet for two days is not.

"Can I bet from two devices at once?" Usually yes, though some panel builds will log out the first session. There is no benefit to it and a real risk of double-placing a stake because you cannot see what the other screen did.

"Does the account cost anything if I stop using it?" No. Dormant IDs carry no fee. An agent may eventually close one to tidy their panel, so if you have been away six months, message before assuming the credentials still work.

"Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind before betting?" Generally yes, and most agents will return an unplayed balance without much fuss. Ask promptly rather than three weeks later, and expect it to go back to the account it came from.

"What if I disagree with how a market settled?" Take it to your agent with the market name, the timestamp and what you believe the correct result was. Specific queries get looked at. Vague ones do not, and there is no appeal route above the agent that a player can reach directly.

99exch register — questions people ask

Is there a 99exch sign up page?

No, and there never has been. 99exch does not take public registrations because the platform never holds player money or identity — an agent handles both. Any 99exch-branded page showing a registration form belongs to somebody else and is collecting phone numbers rather than opening accounts.

How do I register on 99exch?

Message an authorised agent with your name and mobile number and say you want a new ID. They confirm an opening limit and send a username and temporary password on chat. Log in, change the password, then deposit. The whole sequence runs about ten minutes end to end.

Is 99exch registration free?

Yes. There is no joining fee, no monthly charge and no cost to create the account. The only money involved is the deposit you choose to fund it with, and that stays yours as playable balance. Anyone charging for a 99exch signup is selling what the agent gives away.

What documents do I need to register with 99exch?

None at signup. A name and a mobile number is the entire application, with no Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement or address required to open the account. Verification may come later, usually when a withdrawal is unusually large or a receiving bank account needs confirming.

How much should I deposit when I sign up for 99exch?

₹500 is the most common opening amount and a sensible one. Your first two weeks are about learning the panel and how you react when a price moves against you, and both lessons cost the same at five hundred as at five thousand. Limits are easy to raise later.

99exch register and sign up — condensed

There is no 99exch registration form anywhere. The platform takes no public sign ups because it never holds player money or player identity — an agent handles both, deposits move by UPI between you and that person, and the panel only sees a username and a credit line.

What registration actually involves

You send a name and a mobile number to an authorised agent and say you want a new ID. They confirm an opening limit, then return a username and a temporary password over chat. You log in, change the password, check that exposure reads zero, find the statement, and only then deposit. Credential handover takes about two minutes; the full sequence including the deposit runs closer to ten, so it is not something to start four minutes before a toss.

Opening amounts and fake signup pages

₹500 is the most common opening figure and a sensible one, since the first fortnight is about learning the panel rather than winning on it. Limits rise through conversation once settlements have been clean. Treat any 99exch-branded registration form as a copy: the real process happens in a conversation with a person, so an email field, an OTP step, a deposit box on the signup page or a domain with marketing words attached are all disqualifying. Adults over 18 only.
